Phase 1. Definition

To identify appropriate candidates, it is critical that we partner with the client to define the talent profile and understand the environment they will operate in.

Phase 2. Research

This phase is split into two stages; the first focused on company evaluation and the second on talent identification. Using both telephone and internet based research we scrutinise both competitor and structurally/culturally similar organisations.

Phase 3. Targeted Approach

We’ll directly approach the talent identified through the Research phase and will make an appointment to meet the candidate to discuss the potential opportunity in more detail.

Phase 4. Selection & Shortlist

All candidates are interviewed face-to-face and when the client criteria is matched we present a proposition of the opportunity to them. A shortlist of candidates is then presented to the client; complete with a full debrief of initial interviews and salary advice.

Phase 5. Client Interview

We provide guidance on interview structure and content to ensure the process is mutually beneficial. Our role is to act as intermediaries between both parties, ensuring the best possible outcome for all involved.

Phase 6. Securing the Candidate

After an offer has been made, we’ll stay in touch with the selected candidate to guide them through the process of notice period, contract and counteroffer, ensuring the clients’ first choice candidate is successfully secured.
